As you would expect exhibits pertain to the history of Pulaski County and vary from a school room and court room upstairs to civil war uniforms, military and history on Fort Leonard Wood, old pictures of locals, old tools and farming equipment, etc. While there are some display cases a lot of the exhibits are just out in the open. The museum is not handicap accessible, there are steps and an interior staircase to the second floor. Contact Museum Curator Denise Seevers at 57 or email to arrange a tour for your group or organization. Group tours are available year round, by appointment. Someone told me they were having problems finding volunteers and were not able to open on a few of the scheduled days so you may want to call ahead. Admission is free, but donations are expected. Open April-September on Saturdays from 10am-4pm.
